This shot is pretty much emphasizing how much people depend on how they look to be accepted.

So we can have a model be amazingly dressed coming out of the  car
And
Another model not be dressed that high fashioned
And a bother not be dressed at all

All using the same props

When the trunk opens the music plays loud!!! With powder flying everywhere so when the photographer shoots with flash it makes an ambiance light(glow)
Have the model get tied up in microphone and dr. Beet headphones and have the trunk be full of CDs. And alot of shoes and clothing.. And hair products. Make up brushes and stuff scattered in the trunk like tigi and bed head products
